Brazil…Hawaii…India….As a food writer, Maeve has just been handed the hottest opportunity of her career. She’s being sent on an international research tour for an aphrodisiac cookbook. The downside is that she has to travel with rock star photographer and womanizer Jackson Dodds. And the upside is that she has to travel with Jackson Dodds. Because once they meet, Maeve understands why he’s been named “America’s Most Eligible Bachelor”—and despite her best intentions, all she can think about is putting their arousing recipes to the test…

Sexy and talented, Jackson can have any woman he desires. But lately, the thrill is gone—until he lays eyes on Maeve, who exudes sensuality like no one else. She’s determined to keep things professional, but he knows the attraction is mutual. Week In Review Books

Welcome to a new Week in Review, where we’ll let you know what we’ve been reading lately, whether it’s super steamy Romance, our latest Young Adult obsession, or anything in between. Without further adieu, here’s what we’ve been reading this week:

Sandi: So! This week I read , by Beth Trissel. It’s an historical romance featuring a Native American as the heroine (half Shawnee, half white), a white man adopted by the Shawnee as the hero, and a healthy dose of the paranormal. It was…okay. There is insta-chemistry between the principals, there is steam (some, not over-much, which was fine with me) and there are some good chase scenes and fights. But…I probably won’t read it again.

Kassiah: This week, I read by Crista McHugh and I loved it! I haven’t read the other books in the series, but this was fine as a standalone, and I definitely want to read more from her :)

Thanks for stopping by Steamy Guys After Dark. If you haven’t already, you can to get updates straight to your inbox, and check us out on Facebook, Google+, and Twitter. Let us know what you’ve been up to. Read anything good lately?

Waking up in Vegas was never meant to be like this.

Evelyn Thomas's plans for celebrating her twenty-first birthday in Las Vegas were big. Huge. But she sure never meant to wake up on the bathroom floor with a hangover to rival the black plague, a very attractive half-naked tattooed man in her room, and a diamond on her finger large enough to scare King Kong. Now if she could just remember how it all happened.

One thing is certain, being married to one of the hottest rock stars on the planet is sure to be a wild ride.
